Nitehawk Recreation Area and Northern Extreme Freestyle are proud to have one of the best Water Ramp facilities in Western Canada and one of the few that can accommodate advanced snowboarders.

NEW for 2009: Our BUBBLER SYSTEM minimizes the athletes impact on the water, minimizing fatigue, and therefore allowing the athletes to perform more jumps per session.

Kids will jump on skis and snowboards as that is their nature. Water Ramp lets them jump to their hearts content and learn safe techniques that they can transfer to snow.

Water Ramp also offers the opportunity for the more serious athletes to qualify inverted jumps on the snow. They must demonstrate repeated ability to perform safe landings in the water before being allowed to do it on the snow.

Our in ground trampoline also provide an opportunity to learn required elements of jumping or are simply there for the enjoyment of our patrons.

Both our Water Ramp and Trampoline Facility are supervised and instructed by our coaching staff. Again, the emphasis is always on safety and fun.
